Sword Type XIa
Simular to the previous type but the blade is very broad in width and shorter than type XI. There are many sculptural expamples dating between 1250 and 1350. The fuller remains quite narrow. Pommels seem to be simple wheels and rougher nut or globe shapes. The crossguards are usually short and staright.
